Snow FM complies with the Commercial Radio Code of Practice

This code covers, amongst other things, advertising, announcements, Australian music content, news and current affairs.

If you feel that Snow FM has breached the code (pdf below), you are within your rights to make a complaint to us directly via the station using the complaints form below (available in PDF or Word format)

If you feel that Snow FM has breached our license conditions or that a previous complaint you had wasn't handled adequately by the station under the Codes of Practice, you can request for an ACMA Complaints form to be sent to your email address which you can then use to make a complaint to the Australian Communications and Media Authority.
